Return Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, Oliver Smith Jeweler offers a 10-day easy return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied,
you can return any item in its original condition within 10 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
Instructions
Prior to returning any item, you must contact Oliver Smith Jeweler by phone at 480-607-4444, M-F 10am to 5pm MST, or e-mail at info@oliversmithjeweler.com to receive a Return Authorization code. Oliver Smith Jeweler in turn shall provide you with instructions on how to return your unwanted product. Oliver Smith Jeweler will provide a full refund or store credit less original shipping and insurance charges for all items received within 10 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, and free of defects.
Items received after 10 days but within 45 days will qualify for store credit only. No returns are accepted after 45 days
from the ship date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all OSJ pieces, with the exception of items that have been worn, or altered or damaged in any way. Items will only be accepted if returned with original packaging and documentation.
Please follow the instructions below to return an order:
1. Call Oliver Smith Jeweler at (480) 607-4444, or email at info@oliversmithjeweler.com for a Return Authorization Code.
2. Package the return in the original shipping carton or a small cardboard shipping box. Please be sure to secure the
package with appropriate packing materials, as contents may shift and become damaged in transit.
3. Include your Return Authorization Code on the Shipping Label and return documentation.
4. Ship the item to: Oliver Smith Jeweler, 8787 North Scottsdale Road, Suite 116, Scottsdale, AZ 85253.
5. Ship the item by registered U.S. mail, fully insured for the value of the item.
Please request a return receipt for your records. Note: FedEx will not insure valuable jewelry. Oliver Smith Jeweler is not
responsible for items lost during transit while being returned. We will notify you once we've received and processed your
returned item. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within ten days of this notification. Please note that
any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender without credit.
