Our standard shipping method is UPS Three-Day Air. Rush shipment is available for an additional fee. Most orders are processed within one or two days of receipt of order. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays.

Up to the minute order information is available 24/7 via www.ups.com. Use the tracking number received in your confirmation e-mail, or sign into your account.

Return Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, Oliver Smith Jeweler offers a 10-day easy return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 10 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. To return an item, click here.

Sales Tax
Currently Oliver Smith Jeweler only charges sales tax on shipments to Arizona.
